Vouchers used to pay for that class will be reissued for use for another class.
If student cancels...
If a student cancels a class with 14 or more days notice, coupons are considered unused. If the student does not reschedule the class, he or she must return all materials received.
If a student cancels a class with fewer than 14 days notice, coupons are considered used and no refund is issued.
